PCARMARKET Has Been Sold
It appears the rumors are true and PCARMARKET has a new owner. Allegedly transferring early last month, PCAR President David Jacobson confirmed the sale via LinkedIn, remarking that “PCARMARKET has been sold and will continue to operate under new ownership.” The new owners have yet to be disclosed, but a source has confirmed that it is not a private equity investor.
More details will surely be coming. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the situation

Important Wayne Gretzky Rolls-Royce Hits the Market
In what is assuredly no accident considering its timing, RM Sotheby’s has announced via its Sealed Bid Division that it will be selling Wayne Gretzky’s 1994 Rolls-Royce Corniche Convertible. One of just 219 examples produced, the car was gifted to him by the LA Kings organization on March 23rd, 1994, following the scoring of his 802 NHL goal, making him the all-time NHL goal scoring leader. Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals surpassed Gretzky’s milestone on April 6th, 2025 (and was reportedly not given a Rolls-Royce for his troubles…). Bids are being accepted now though April 17th.

Several Bonhams Miami Offerings Announced
Bonhams Cars has released a number of offerings for its upcoming Miami F1 Auction on Saturday, May 3rd. Featured cars include the first example of a Singer 911 produced, a 2022 Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4, The 1956 Geneva Motor Show Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing and the first in-house produced Alfaholics GTA-R ever offered at public auction.

Broad Arrow Auctions Air|Water Sale Returns April 26th
Presented in partnership with Luftgekühlt, Broad Arrow returns to the 2025 edition of Air|Water for its second annual all-Porsche auction. Set for 26 April at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, California, the single-day auction will once again feature 50 desirable Porsches along with a selection of sought-after Porsche automobilia pieces. Offerings range from 1989 RUF CTR Yellowbird to a 2022 Porsche Boxster S.

Concours in the Hill Returns Saturday, April 19th
The 2025 Concours in the Hills presented by Discount Tire and Tire Rack and benefiting Phoenix Children’s Hospital takes place from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 19th at Fountain Park in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Last year, the important event, which serves as a major funding apparatus for the hospital drew over 1000 cars, welcomed 40,000 spectators and raised more than $330,000. Z260 Writer and Publisher Darin Roberge will once again serve as Host and Emcee.
